Drawing from Dr. Naim Q. Sanders’ dissertation, How Principals Leading High-Poverty Schools Describe Their Emotional Labor, these seminars examine emotional labor, resilience, emotional intelligence, role conflict, emotional regulation, and burnout prevention. Participants gain practical strategies to strengthen well-being, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture. Available virtually or in person for small groups, large groups, and leadership teams, sessions can be customized and paired with coaching to address organizational goals, priorities, and challenges.
