Dr. Sanders is a dedicated educational leader, author, and presenter with more than 25 years of experience serving K–12 schools. Throughout his career, he has held roles as a classroom teacher, principal, adjunct professor, consultant and currently serves as an assistant superintendent. Across each role, he has remained deeply committed to advancing academic excellence, strengthening school culture, developing leadership capacity, and supporting the professional growth of teachers and school leaders.
Guided by a strong sense of purpose and service, Dr. Sanders is passionate about empowering teachers and school leaders through innovative and relationship-centered approaches to leadership. His work centers on building healthy, sustainable school cultures, supporting educators through the emotional demands of the profession, and improving outcomes for all learners. Known for his authentic leadership style and ability to connect with others, he continues to influence the educational landscape through leadership coaching, facilitating professional development, consulting and thought leadership.
