Dr. Sanders is an accomplished educational leader, author, and presenter with more than 26years of experience serving K–12 schools. Throughout his career, he has served as a classroom teacher, principal, adjunct professor, consultant, and currently as an assistant superintendent. Across every role, he has remained committed to advancing academic excellence, strengthening school culture, developing leadership capacity, and supporting the professional growth of educators and school leaders.
